I enjoy writing quirky fiction and designing tabletop games. My first novel, Checkered Scissors, and first collection of "Schwartz stories", Pickled Bananas, exhibit my absurd and humorous style of writing. I look forward to contributing works of short fan-fiction to this site.

The reason I write fan-fiction is slightly selfish. When the internet is flooded with other indie authors promoting their books, it all can be overwhelming. I started writing fan-fiction to help connect to people without contributing to the flood. The original works that I create are inspired by other people's TV shows, movies, comics, cartoons, etc.. By writing fan-fiction, I hope to connect with people who appreciate and are inspired by that same media. Maybe, if someone appreciates my contributions to our shared fandoms, those same people might enjoy reading my original works. It's my slightly selfish trail of hopeful breadcrumbs.
