 Author has written 37 stories for Degrassi, Avatar: Last Airbender, Wicked, Les Misérables, Phantom of the Opera, Tangled, NCIS: Los Angeles, and Once Upon a Time. "We have this strength inside of us and yet we are taught to always sort of keep it down. I sort of found in my life that I've taken a step back and made myself smaller in order to try to fit in. And that hasn't worked. And we have to learn to kind of embrace what makes us unique, and embrace our strength." The key to my writing is placing different characters in interesting situations and seeing how they would react. The situations may seem unbelievable at times, but life is unpredictable and so should writing be. My name is Gabriela and I'm seventeen years old. I'm a proud member of my school's Show Choir, Honors student, and road cyclist. Writing has been a hobby of mine for years. I love exploring possibilities.
