The basis is Harry has to be raised in Soul Society. He has to have a zanpakuto that is either Illusion sensory or Kido based.

Harry somehow finds a way into Fior and learns a hidden magic. The hidden magic he learns is up to you. This has to take place before Fourth year at Hogwarts. He can join a guild if you want but he has to return to Hogwarts and take place in the Triwizard tournament. Pairings are up to you as long as it's not yaoi. Ron or Hermione can join if you wish.
