Hello.

I am an American and prefer reading Fanfiction to writing it. I have never been to Great Britain so anything that I write will have Americanisms. If this upsets anyone please forgive me. Even though I enjoy reading smut, I probably will not write any because I don't know how. I am not a writer but sometimes story ideas just smack me upside the head.

I found Fanfiction looking for works about Supernatural but I mainly read Glee and Harry Potter stories. I don't mind crossovers if I am familiar with all fandoms involved. (I even downloaded episodes of Gundam Wing just to figure out 'who is who' in a crossover.)

Harry Potter :

My favorite stories are " Harry figures out that he has been lied to and takes charge of his life" and "poor little Harry gets rescued by his awful relatives". I completely disagree with the epilogue. I have no problem with Slash stories starring any of the characters, including Harry with anyone other than Ginny.

My two favorite HP fanfictions are Escalation (by Bobmin356) and Make A Wish (by Rorschach's Blot).

Glee :

I love Kurt with anyone (even the girls but none of the adults). I prefer him with either David or Puck.

My favorite Glee fanfiction is The Sting (by xonthefloor).

Several readers have commented on my current story Finding My Heart. I just wanted to address a few things that were brought up.

1. This story actually came from a small dream that I had one night. It was much longer in writing than in my dream. If someone wants to flesh it out some more or take the story and write a novel length story, I don't mind. (I will probably be one of the first to read it.)

2. I may someday combine chapters but they are so short because I was working 4 part-time jobs at the time that I wrote it and simply published each chapter as I came to a breaking point each week. I got rid of the worst of the 4 jobs and cut back on 2 of the others so my time is more flexible now.

3. Both Harrys interacting in the same time. Big Harry is the Master of Death and an Unspeakable which means he can pretty much do anything and get away with it. (After all, this is fiction. As in, not real, pretend, made up.) If anyone can show me where it is documented, feel free to let me know. Because the books say so, is not a valid reason. After all many facts are proven to be false. After all, no one can survive the killing curse (especially twice), can they? The Deathly Hallows are just part of a child's bedtime story, aren't they? The Patronus charm can only be taught to older student or adults because it is impossible for a younger student to master it, right? Animagus training isn't taught until 7th year because younger students cannot master it and it is very rare that anyone succeeds, much less 3 students at a time by 4th or 5th year, right?

Another story is in the planing stages! I read a mention that there were not enough Arthur Weasley/Severus Snape slash stories.

I thought to myself, of course not, they had not real interaction in the HP cannon universe. Arthur is 10 years older so they did not go to school together. Severus is a half-blood and DE who hung out with Lucius Malfoy (who himself was 5 years older than Severus.) Lucius might have invited Severus to pure-blood functions but I doubt he would have attended very many that Arthur would have been at. Severus might have taught the older Weasley children but any severe disciplinary problems would be handled by McGonagall (as Gryffindor head of house) and Molly (as Arthur worked full-time.) Severus joined the Order of the Flaming Chicken after Lily's death but Arthur did not join until after Harry started school. But then, I kept thinking about it and several things popped up that might have changed their relationship, after all. HP centers around Harry and his adventures. Very little is written about the adults in the series until the later books.

What if Molly and Arthur (who were purebloods from long lines of purebloods) had a typical pureblood marriage contract? I could easily imagine then being really close and allowing their families to make a contract between them. Molly would be sure to add a clause that she would be in control of the household finances and the number of children. Arthur would not mind because his family was poor anyway and he probably loved the idea of lots of kids. But I could see Arthur having a standard clause that he can fool around if he wants as long as he is discrete about it. I could easily see Arthur as bi-sexual. Arthur and Severus could have easily met at a gay bar after Voldemort's first defeat, as Severus drowns his sorrow over losing Lily (his first real friend who knew about his homelife and didn't judge him for it) and Arthur enjoying round after round of free drinks sees this sad, young man who needs cheering up (in a romp in bed sort-of-way). OR they could be soulmates who didn't met until later in life. Arthur might not have realized that he had a soul mate when he reached his maturity so he went ahead and married Molly (who was in love with him and wanted to marry him). I like the idea of staying with canon as much as possible and since virtually nothing is written about their private lives (the first couple of the books are definitely G-rated.) I am leaning toward having them meet and connect several times during their lives before they figure out who each other is.

Once I think on the story some more, I will write it out completely BEFORE I start to publish it.
