Hi! So, I guess I should talk about myself a bit, something that I'm always quite happy to do! Well, I'm half irish half swedish, meaning that my use of English might sometimes be a bit mangled, but I am having my stories beta-read so hopefully it won't be a problem. I'm still at school, but only have another year to go, which is a relief, though the thought of actually having a job and seriously working is quite scary.Anyway, Iadore reading; not just Harry Potter but pretty much every book I can get my hands on, though I only read and write Harry Potter fanfiction. I love Slytherins and want to be one. That pretty much sums me up.

About my stories. As you can no doubt see from the summaries of my fics, they explore the possibility of Harry giving in to his Slytherin side, or rather, Harry not arguing with the sorting hat. I know it has been done loads of times, but hey, they're all slightly different and anyway I enjoy them. I like reading stories from a Slyth's point of view. The characters of Gryffindors annoy me slightly, even in J.K's books. Why do none of them even think of conversing with Slytherins? Why does Harry just accept Ron's prejudices without question? Coming from his backround, one would think he wouldn't be liable to trust so blindly. That said, my fics are not going to be filled with soppy, kind-hearted slytherins who feel so miserable because they're shunned by the whole school and are really good people once you get to know them. Frankly, I don't think that's particularly realistic. The Slyths that I write will be cunning, manipulative, ambitious and quite often dark. Just not necessarily evil. I mean come on, what's wrong with being ambitious? Why is it treated as a deadly crime? And who says that all Slytherins are carbon copies of each other. They all have different characteristics that got them into their houses so calling them all evil or 'deatheaters in training' is just childish and not a little bit stupid. Just to clarify, my Harry will not be dark or light, though I may change my mind at some point.Also, I've had people complaining that I'm makingcharacters like Draco too horrible, but let's face it, he's a spoilt, whiny and generally insufferable brat. So I wrote him like that. And don't forget, right now he's only twelve and has been heavily influenced by his deatheater-father, he'll start changing slowly throughout the my next fics. If you don't like how I'm portraying someone, feel free to tell me so in a review, but I warn you now I won't necessarily agree or change anything.

IMPORTANT: The sixth book messed up my plans. One thing I'd like everyone's input on is the pairings. I was originally intending this to be Harry/Blaise but now with J.K's Harry/Ginny...well, I've warmed up to the idea, so now I'm hovering between the two. Therefore I'd love some input from readers as to their prefered pairing. Any ideas are welcome, even Harry/Other.
