Everyone in U.A knew that Midoriya Izuku was the epitome of adorableness. That was why they never really talked about it. You don't really argue against indisputable fact that everyone knew about. Others, however, couldn't say the same. Or; the 1-A kids find ways to weaponize Izuku's cuteness.

Just trying to imagine what it'd be like if Ryuuichi had been a girl instead of a boy, with a bit of my bias mixed in. (Mostly K content, only T because I don't know. Serious Stuff.)

In some other universe not all too different, Todoroki Shouto got away with just a scar on his face and some emotional scars that extended past the superficial blemish. This is not that universe. Todoroki Shouto is left half-blind, and Todoroki Enji is left unhappy. In typical Enji fashion, he tries again, and Shouto gets a little sister as a result.

The Fenton family suddenly decides it's a great idea to move to Paris. Danny isn't so on board with the whole idea, but there's no stopping his parents when they put their minds to it. Full of negative emotions about the whole thing, it isn't long before Hawk Moth picks up on Danny - and tries to make his move.

Oliver and Percy's friendship was an odd one, based solely on the fact that they were the only two Gryffindor boys in their year. Despite having interests and personalities that were polar opposites, Percy found that he simply could not escape the relationship.
