Hello all, I'm Lex. I'm a 23 year old, one degree, working on a second, who enjoys reading, writing, drawing, and watching movies. I've written fanfiction ever since I was 10 but it wasn't until a few years ago that I discovered this site and felt the need to pollinate my individual fandoms with my writing style. I write primarily original character stories with a few canon pairing one-shots. I'm a die hard movie addict, I could sit at home and watch them all day, so that could be a good reason why I'm not updating any of my stories. That, or I'm just trying to stop myself from writing new ones.

I also write stories purely of my own creation but you can understand my skepticism's in putting them on the internet. I'm afraid that if I share my stories that they're going to be stolen. I'm a little paranoid like that. Sorry. And I'm not saying this because I want your opinion on what I should do with them, they're staying safely tucked away underneath my bed, I just wanted you to know that I can have my own brain children as well. I don't just foster them from great directors, writers, and producers. :)

Oh! And I've never told anyone this but I have a rule of "3's" when it comes to fanfiction. If I'm writing alongside canon plot I stick to 3 canon works. TV Shows I'll use three seasons, movies I'll use three of them if there are that many. This is so the plot doesn't grow tired and the story of my characters can get all wrapped up nice and tight. That said, I sort of ignored that rule for the Synergy Chronicles. Shhh. It's okay, I'm a writer, I lie sometimes.

My most cherished fanfiction: Perfect Synergy. Completed and 21 Chapters in length with an Epilogue and an Author's note.

If you're wondering where come of my stories have gone: A Little Birdie Told Me, Heart of Gold, The Chase, It's All Grimm, they've poofed. I took them down and then my computer crashed. The Chase is the only one still around and I'm not touching that with a ten foot pole. While Birdie and Azalea might resurface after an inspiration surge, Izzy has been put out to pasture. And by that I mean I've chopped off her head and left her to rot in the No Man's Land of my creative mind. Sorry, it's a dud. Same with Let it Reign. Reign was a sue, Izzy was a sue, but luckily some aspects of Reign will be seen in Milly. None of which you people have actually seen but that's not the point. Same with Izzy, some of her story appears in Brooke. These stories live on as patchwork for their better written descendants. Not Azalea or Birdie (though Azalea is borderline sue, I'll be fixing that), they're still in worlds of their own I just needed to not have the stress of people asking me to update. I apologise, I'm selfish, but I'm also an anxious artist and writer that works best when left alone (and a few words of encouragement never hurt).

With A Grease Monkey Intermission, here's how it's going to go. I'll edit it entirely, and make it reflect the events and writing in Monkey Meets Wolf.

I hope you guys read my stories and even if you don't like them I hope you leave a few words behind on what could be improved! I take all forms of criticisms with a brave face (ever since that little fight that happened during one of my stories (I'm not saying which)) and honestly try to make my stories better! I aim to be a writer some day and I need all the help I can get!
