I hyper focus. I find an object in my life I wish to build up, and pour my soul into it. This is simply an aspect of who I am. I seek to build around that, to become someone whom I can be proud of.

For the longest time I've wanted to be a writer, but my attention was held by alternate worlds, adventures formed of pixels and friends like me, seeking refuge from reality. The trouble with trying to live in two worlds is inevitably one life suffers for lack of attention. As much as I hated to leave behind friends, either college suffered or I found a new hobby. So for now, instead of attempting to live in a more interesting world, I'll try my hand at window making. Though I may not seek to live in the places I hope to craft, with any luck they'll make for some pretty scenery.

Funny how things you think are a curse can sometimes turn out to be a blessing. Maybe someday I'll reach that dream of being a half-decent author.
