NCIS gets a case to investigate a marine's murder in Gotham, and end up rescuing Tim Drake from the Joker when he was tortured. This will contain a lot of Papa!Gibbs, because we all know how good he is with children, and Robin is going to remind him a lot of Kelly. No pairings.
