This is the second time I've been on Fanfiction.net. I don't remember my first login details, so here's my new account.

I'm Matthew Birdzell, known as HD Simplicityy on Xbox LIVE and Discord. Fact: I could only have that name if I went with two 'y's. Big fan of epics, powerful stories, iconic characters, personal and emotionally striking stories, and simple fun stories. Major fan of The Lord of the Rings films, Harry Potter (was a big fan years ago), Halo, Star Wars, Iron Man and others. Smaller stories? hmm... hard to choose when so many I love are big. Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, What Remains of Edith Finch, How to Train your Dragon trilogy, Inside, and more I'd be bound to think of later.

Sci fi, military sci fi, sci-fantasy, adventure and personal, modern pieces are what I brew in my mind, spinning imaginative cogs for hours a day, overwhelming myself with them at work, allowing them to distract me, and tinkering with ideas. Usual writer stuff. Written one fanfiction short story (set in The Last of Us world) and finishing a second, much, much longer one (post-Rise of the Tomb Raider). I have other ideas too, and a personal blog getting a reboot.
