I remember this place. It's been ten years since I first started posting here. That is scary stuff, right there.

The first fanfic I ever wrote was in a pink panda diary when I was 12. It got transcribed here and became the epic monstrosity that was The Visitors. Some drivelly Lord of the Rings nothing that twelve year olds write before they really have a good grasp on proper paragraph structure and whatnot. It was horrible and I dont think my one lone reviewer ever had the heart to tell me how bad it was. It did get better, but not much, and only because I figured out what quotation marks were for. What followed were a string a inane teenage stories. Some of them were actually kind of funny, I'll admit. But probably only from the "oh look, Pippin's eating soap and Aragorn is stuck in his pants." perspective.

Some of those old silly stories are still up here. Mostly because they make me laugh, even if I am horrified that I ever let anyone read them. Consider it me clinging to my adolescence and to something that gave me so much joy at the time, even though I now find the majority of that drivel horrifically embarrassing. I do hope that if you've just stumbled onto my profile and that you weren't a silly teenage girl in 2004 amused by my inane nonsense, that you won't hold anything I've written against me.

I cant bear to delete them.

So they'll stay.

Who knows, with this sudden revival of the fandom I loved so much, perhaps I'll write some more. Fili and Kili are comedy gold.

Location: Currently Germany and only just realising how incredible and beautiful and expressive the English language is now that I'm trying to go about my days in German. My once very extensive English vocabulary is also going down the toilet. Ach Schiesse.

Fandoms: Ah Tolkien. You have a special place in my heart. It is all I will ever write. (though that said, I do wander off to read a bit of HP Marauders fluff when the mood strikes me.)
