Harry Potter is what's had my interest in fanfiction for the last year or so. Read the books after the first movie came out so I guess I am new to the fandom. My favorite character is Severus Snape, because he isn't immediately a hero or a villain.

I like the websites where you can get sorted into the houses. I always sort Slytherin which I like also. Slytherin unlike Gryffindor IS the cool house!

Okay so whats with the number thing? Yeah I read the home page and well I guess I can live with being Rhiannon16 even if 16 was a LONG time ago.

Hmmm a few things I CANT STAND.
I cant stand stories with no summary or one of the ever popular... I suck at summaries but read anyways. Sorry if you cant do even a halftailed summary you are not getting me to read it period. If you cant try to summarize what you write why should I try to read it? I know I am NOT alone in that sentiment.
I hate some of the ships and dont read them. I like Slash which I know alot of folks dont but believable slash is usually damned good writing. I wont say what ships I dislike *Caugh* but most of them are Het. The few slash ships I dislike are so unbelievable I cant possibly suspend disbelief long enough to read no matter how good the writer is.
Mary Sue ... who are you? Mary Sue is annoying. I have been involved in fanfic in several different genres and have seen Mary and her brother Marty in all of them. I have even written them but am kind enough NOT to inflict them on the world. Another American girl goes to Hogwarts will make me scream! Can you say Mary Sue? I KNOW YOU CAN. I dont even read em on principle. Come on folks leave em on the hard drive or just share em with your closest friends the rest of us have seen em read em and written em at one time or another.
