Hi all, I just joined at the end of 2016 after several years of reading your various stories. I have a fairly decent vocabulary, speak American English rather than British (though I will attempt it at some point), and an appetite for books closer to a book dragon rather than a book worm.

A bit about me. I am retired from the military, love riding my Harley and attending various Ren Faires and Comicons. I support charity stuff (mostly for kids like Bikers Against Child Abuse, Austin Browncoats and Boy Scouts).

My favorite story lines are Firefly, Harry Potter and Forgotten Realms (AD&D); at least for now.

I hope to contribute something in the future for your collective reviews and disappointments.

I am enthralled by intelligent people, I hope that some of you will take the time to review my efforts.

If I have initially like or followed your efforts then changed my mind... Well then, issues I have with or look for in stories:

1. Don't flesh out an outline, write a story. Otherwise it look contrived and rushed.

2. Gratuitous scenes with no plot are just word porn.

3. You don't need to write flashback in the midst of your work, introduce with the story.

4. Same goes for A/N or Authors Note in the middle of the page. If it that important, put it at the top before I start reading the page.

5. Don't type onto this site; type somewhere else, proofread, the paste it. This includes spelling/grammar (their, they're there; vial vile; wear, where; etc.)

6. I support gay rights, but wont read about it.

For the fictions I like or will write for:

Harry Potter

1. Draco is a sociopath as are his cohorts.

2. The various narcissists and disloyal asshats are not going to redeem themselves, though some variants have been worth the effort of finishing the stories.

3. I like Harry/Ginny, Harry/Daphne and Harry/Hermione pairings (but only have one story thus far).

4. Luna is probably my favorite. She unrepentantly sees the world through her eyes.

As an aside, as much as I love to read I refuse to read 250,000 plus stories to not step on someone's feel bads. I have not intentionally duplicated anyone's efforts and only stole characters from published works. If I have used your story line anywhere it wasn't intentional.
