[Yullen, modern AU] Was there a reason why Allen never called him by his first name?

Kanda is a blind person without a friend in the world. Allen has all the company a guy could ask for so why does he choose to spend his time with an apathetic blind man? Maybe it has something to do with the strange feelings that bombard him whenever they are together. Maybe it's the recurring feeling that Kanda needs him.
