Hi ya, everybody! Welcome tooo... (drumroll please) MY PROFILE! (cricket sound in the distance). Ahh, well, at least you're here. Fun Fact: I get EXTREMELY hyper, hysterical; even, when tired, or lacking in sleep. That is probably where most of my energy comes from, in case you're wondering. Yes, I'm weird; and if you're not, you might want to leave NOW, because it's contagious. Just a little warning. The rest of us wouldn't mind another crazy, tear-stricken, lovesick, knife-wielding psyhco around. Nope. Not at all. Another Fun Fact: My name literally means "Diamond in the Rough" and yes, I did that on purpose. More Fun Facts: I really like the little horizontal lines that separates stuff; if you haven't found that out yet... Biggest Pet Peeve: Unnecessary noises, usually caused by my brothers. The other one being unrealistic oc's. I really hate unrealistic characters; Mary-Sues among them. I don't care if you have the best plot I have ever seen, but you have a terrible character, I will not like it. So in this mindset of mine; I try to create the most realistic, relatable oc I can. I have a little cheat when I do this; that being taking parts of my own personality and enhancing them to an extant. Like my sarcastic, "always frowning face" side of myself would be given steroids, and a few human quriks and a few other things; and BOOM! OC!! Actually, it's not that simple, but it's pretty close. I will never ever do a 'self insert.' Maybe I will. You would never know. My Opinion on Mary-Sues and The Like: I don't like unrealistic characters. As you can so obviously tell by the giant paragraph above. But sometimes people put the label of "Mary-Sue" on oc's undeserving of the said title. There's a difference between unrealistic and unique. All stories-well, almost all- are about a unique situation, problem, character, ect. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH A UNIQUE CHARACTER! 'Cause last time I checked, no human is the same. With a unique character comes unique problems. Believe me, I know. My problem? What cereal I should eat for dinner. Mmmhmm. You heard me. Dinner. What Type of Stories do I like to Write: Well, I personally absolutely love first person. It's easy to write (for me that is) and it gives a different perspective on how ya see the story. You see it from a personal and relatable point of view. It's easier to connect with the character. And to me, that's an important part of the story. It's not that I hate third person -as a matter of fact, I like it a lot- I just really, really love being able to relate to the character I'm goin on an adventure; love story; even spoofs with. Speaking of spoofs, I love those, too. I mean how can you not? I mean, I have an entire story I wanna write that's a freakin' spoof. SPOOFS FOR ALL! Sroies -lol can't type to save my life- STORIES with plots are also awesome. They have you sitting on the edge of your seat. Stories with too much seriousness and no humor just aren't my pie. Dean don't touch my pie. Holy crap that's a lot. Hehe... not sorry. Fandom's I'm in: I like too know a little about a lot. But, there ARE a few I know enough to write about. Those being: Transformers (Movies), Lord of the Rings, Five Nights at Freddy's, The Hobbit, The Avengers (including almost all things Marvel) and Aliens. A strange combination, huh? 'Cause wait, there's more. There is Fairy Tail (anime), Sword Art Online, No Game No Life, and Attack On Titan. I'm soulless. I didn't cry once during it. And Undertale. Oh sweet Undertale. That obsession ain't ending anytime soon. I have also officially sold my soul to Crowley and am now a part of the Supernatural fandom. It only costs your soul and your sanity. Why don't you come and join us? Also update: I've fallen head over heals for Sherlock. The boy's brains have me going crazy. Now, on the topic of my writing schedule, let's just say it is very sporadic. I can say, however, that reviews are a big boost in enthusiasm ;) How do I prioritize my updates? I kinda don't. I just do 2 chapters for one and then 2 chapters for the other; and so on. You get it. Sometimes I may break this rule, but usually because I'm extremely anxious to get another chapter/story out there. On average, how long does it take for me to update? PLEASE NOTE: I AM A CHRISTIAN AND WILL STAND BY MY FAITH, meaning, I do not swear and stuff. My oc's however, are a different matter. Some of my oc's swear to make the story a little more realistic, depending on the case. I mean, really? How many wouldn't swear upon meeting a giant, alien robot? Not many. Upcoming Idea's I Just Might Write n' Publish For: - Transformers (Movies) (UPCOMING!!) - Lord of the Rings - Lord of the Rings (Again, yes.) Stories: Transformers: Walking Through the Dark with a Dead Flashlight: All I wanted was to go home and finish my homework. I never wanted this. I never wanted to almost get hit by a speeding car, never wanted get saved by a REALLY handsome man, never wanted to be bothered again. But it wasn't my choice. It was never my choice. My only question is... why is that dude still following me? (Status: In Progress) Anyways... See ya on the flipside!! |
