![]() Author has written 7 stories for RWBY. Hello, Vronsurd here. You can ignore everything crossed out down there. If you're interested in supporting me so I can write more fanfiction more often: P a tre on dot (com) forward slash Vronsurd I am a writer (it's what I do for a living) and I really like RWBY and a couple other fandoms--but I'm only writing for one right now. Because I'm a professional writer you can expect a certain level of quality in my projects. I put a lot of time, thought, and consideration into crafting characters, scenes, plot, and prose. That said, don't expect perfect stories from me. I write 40,000 words a week and I only have time to edit the ones I'm writing for work. I've been trying to convince my friend--a fairly successful novelist--to beta for me but he keeps saying he's busy. I may have to find someone else. *sniffle* PM me if you're interested. On the plus side--that friend of mine is constantly helping me come up with new story ideas and assisting in the building of new outlines. So expect some half decent stuff from me. Think that's all, for now. Update schedule... Light Adventure Fic (To be Titled): So my friend has been bothering me to write a true adventure AU sort of deal. Something really fun with a ll the same characters--its own plot--its own rules. Basically, a helluva lotta work. And, unfortunately, he's pestered me into doing it. So I'm working on this. The real motivator is with season 5 coming out and canon getting thrown outta wack The Shield of Vale--which is only a very slight AU--is going to get tricky to write. I want an adventure story I can actually enjoy plotting. No title and no description yet (as you can see). Triweekly, every other Wednesday The Shield of Vale- (Dark Adventure) This is a serious story with a bit of humor, feels, and romance mixed in. White Rose. But the story doesn't actually focus on Ruby and Weiss. It's about Jaune. Jaune is a grizzled hunter traveling to the past to prevent a future in which most everyone he knows and loves has fallen in the fight against Salem. This isn't your typical time travel fic, it's got a pretty big twist. Jaune pairing is an absolute secret. So good luck trying to figure that out. This fic has long chapters so it will definitely be bi-weekly updates--at least once I've filled out my writing roster it will be. I might update it weekly until then. Triweekly, every other Wednesday. Guitar Huntsman- (Funny, Fluffy, and dash of adventure) This is a semi serious story. Fluffy and romantic, with some feels. There will be action but not the traditional kind. That said, I still think of RWBY as a heavy on action series so it will still play a pretty large part in the narrative. Jaune never wanted to be a Hunter. He wanted to be a musician. His father, however, had other ideas. Somehow, Jaune winds up in Beacon without aura and without a weapon! To make matters worse everyone, including his teachers, think the guitar case on his back contains some kind of weapon...and that he's some insanely badass Huntsman. Maybe that's why they feel comfortable tossing a total civilian off a cliff into a grim infested forest... Triweekly, every other Wednesday. Community-(Satirical Comedy--with occasional feels) Jaune convinces Blake to go on a study-date with him because of a big approaching test. But he uses the words "study-session." He reserves a private room in the library and gets ready to sweep the faunus off her feet. Things don't go according to plan. Nora catches wind of what's happening and brings the rest of team JNPR. The study-group becomes a frequent event. Absolute mayhem ensues every meeting as the group engages in competitions, arguments, and all out war--anything aside from actually studying. An homage to my love for the cult classic--Community. Humor, but unlike my other stories this will probably be more satirical of real world tropes. We'll see. I'm still outlining the project. I'm thinking this will be weekly. But with very short chapters and predefined arcs. The Port Chronicles- (Absurd Humor Extravaganza) This is the opposite of a serious story. The exact opposite. It details the adventures of the most incredible Hunter to have ever lived. He protects the world from the darkness beyond the darkness. His strength is unfathomable, untouchable, and godlike. He doesn't always have time to deal with the little things like wall breaches, the fall of Beacon, and Cinder Fall, but make no mistake, the story of Remnant is not complete without the fantabulous tale of Peter Port. Oh yeah. The main ship is Port x Salem. Take that as you will. TBD
