Hello there, and welcome to my profile page. I have no clue what to say, so I'll just talk and talk and talk until one of us gets bored.

I've been writing since I was very young. In kindergarten, I came up with my own story idea, wrote it, and entered it into a contest, where it won first prize. I'm not sure if I won first prize because I was the only kindergartner who entered or if my story was actually GOOD, but first prize is first prize, right?
All was quiet on the writing front until fifth grade, when I was told to write an essay on a book we had read. Instead of writing an essay on it, I wrote a script for a fictional radio program which had a fictional interview with the author of the story and thoroughly explored all the topics we were supposed to cover within an essay. Surprisingly, I got a perfect score on my "essay", even though it wasn't an essay at all.
On top of that, my fifth grade teacher entered it into a number of contests, where it took home either first place or an honorable mention in every one.

I haven't won anything since, but hey, at least I was good at writing at some point in my miserable life, right?

I mostly write original stories, but, when the mood strikes me, I write fan fiction as well. Typically, I write fan fiction about Team Fortress 2 and Halo, two of my personal favorite games. Another idea I'm currently exploring is making a parody of Star Wars, my favorite trilogy of movies (EPISODES 1-2 DO NOT EXIST. Episode 3 only exists halfway). If I ever get around to that, I'll post it here, but it may take a while.

As for my original stories, I'm actually aiming to get one published. It started out as a Halo fanfic, but I realized that I was making too many changes to established canon for it to be a fanfic (I personally try to follow what is canon to the letter). About halfway through the story, I said, "Screw it" and just ditched the canon altogether, changing any reference to the source material and setting it in my own universe.
As this is a fanfiction site, none of you care about that.
