Hi! My name is Amanda, I'm in the 7th grade of Swedish school. Among my favorite things to do, is definitely reading...I've always been obsessed with that. When I was younger I mostly read fantasy and sometimes sci-fi. Now however, I read mostly old literature from the 18th and 19th century. My favorite authors are Jane Austen (ex: Pride and prejudice, Northanger Abbey, Emma) , L.M Montgomery (Anne of the green gables, Emily) , Charlotte Brontë (Jane Eyre is her most famous book,also my favorite.) .

But I still read a lot of fantasy and sci-fi, also historical novels. 'The Davinci-code' and 'Labyrinth' are among my favorites in that genre.

I will tell you a bit more about me besides my big admiration of books.

As I said in the beginning, my name is Amanda. I live in Sweden, but I think I'm going to move to England when I grow up. I have very high goals in life and I'm going to reach them- That's me, very determined!-

I speak Swedish, English and Spanish (I've only been learning Spanish for two years so I'm not the best at it). I spend most of my days at school, I'm studying really hard because of my high goals and dreams. Though I love to go to school too, some call me a "Stud" or "Geek" but hey, I like being active in school!

When I'm home I spend most of my time playing with my wonderful dog, reading books or perhaps I do the homework. Now when my favorite tv-show is over, I do not watch Tv so often. Gilmore Girls are and have always been my favorite program (or well not when I was 3, then I suppose it was Pippi Longstocking.), I think it's a pity that GG came to an end. The only Tv-series I watch now is the ER and Anna Pihl.

I write a lot too, I think that is my strongest side...I write Chronicles for the local newspaper and I review books for a book-club. And of course, I love to write fan fiction! Though, I am not so sure how much I'll be able to write in the future, I will try to continue with the stories I've been starting, but as you probably can guess after reading this...I'm a very busy girl, but I will try! Period.
