Dear Sir or Madam,

As of October 23, 2077, The Blackwater Program has been activated. If you are reading this, then that means you have been hand picked by Mr.Blackwater himself to join the soon-to-be Order. The Order will be come the dominate orginization and leader in the coming wasteland, but in order for us to do so, we at Blackwater Incorperated need you to be ready for three major changes:

1. Leave all traces of you former life behind:

This is not an unfair rule, and it will actually help you prepare for the future hell-hole. You see, when you are put in cryo-sleep, our Android Destined for Assisting Mankind, or A.D.A.M., will be preparing new dossiers for each person under cryo sleep. These dossiers will have you new identies and bios, and should help any other wastelanders become more comfortable around you. Just study and memorize the dossier, and you will be fine.

2. Prepare for the worst:

This rule will actually save your life one day. You see, though you will have your dossiers, new live, and training, the Wasteland will be very harsh. According to our sensors, Big Mountain's experiments have been lost, and the Maryland coast is lost to...well...you get the point. The world you once knew is gone. Load up your equiment, and prepare for the worst.

3. You serve The Order, and The Order alone:

You are now and forever will be apart of The Order. The Order will one day rule supreme, and we need your complete loyalty to do so. If you are having second thoughts, then see if you can make it to one of those vaults, but don't count on it. Even if you do survive, we will find and deal with you. We are all in this together to the end. No other alligences or extra buisinesses; You are Order now.

By now, you have probaly been awoken by Mr. Blackwater and ADAM. Do not worry if your are confused, as they will help you if you need help. Mr. Blackwater will probaly give you your new orders when you are done reading this, so good luck, and try not to fail the big man himself, got it?
