Astrid is keeping a secret from her fiancé, Hiccup. He's noticed the changes in the way she acts, and hopes that she'll be able to tell him. After the secret is spilled, he reacts better than she thought, and they start getting prepared.

Hiccup Haddock was never one to fit in when he was in high school. Now being a freshman in college, he's grown up. His looks changed. A lot. Astrid Hofferson, his best friend, isn't too fond of the attention he's now getting, especially from a certain girl.

We all know from the Dragons television series that Hiccup and Astrid have an interesting, if not strong, bond with each other. But what goes on behind the scenes?
