This is the joint account of McKenzie (The Bitch) and Emily (Her Man) for future collaborative works for the fandom of House, M.D. Since we are working together, we thought it might be beneficial for us to explain our meetings, our fandom beginnings and how we got to where we are today. Enjoy the story. It was 2004 when they first met… Emily was an avid fanfiction writer for the fandom of Inuyasha, and various animes, though prominately Inuyasha. When she joined fanfiction.net in early 2004, she made a fan in McKenzie and they eventually began talking of their anime obsessions very actively together and participating in fandom as a pair. Several attempts in the Inuyasha fandom were made for collaborative pieces but they eventually died out all together. But they had made fans and their own ships to sail in. By 2006, both of the two authors’ interest in Inuyasha had fizzled completely and they both persued other fandoms. McKenzie moved onwards to Harry Potter (as did Emily), House M.D., Strangers With Candy, The Colbert Report/The Daily Show, while Emily catered with near exclusivity to Harry Potter. But in 2008, Emily found House. McKenzie and Emily began discussing House together avidly and McKenzie eased her friend into the fandom, where Emily is now perched quite comfortably.
