We are highly skilled professionals, with a firm grasp on the software development industry as a whole. We have leadership experience with systems as big as enterprise level performance based data storage and processing (big data), all the way down to how a start up should begin their search for a developer or a small business looking to expand into online sales.

There are lots of companies that do what we do from that end, but there aren't that many that impact the community around them by training people for other entry level development or IT positions in the area. There are coding boot camps and other specialized education courses, but these can be quite costly and most often will not offer any help/guarantees towards a job. We hire our trainees and give them awesome projects to work on, before introducing them to our amazing clients, who they then will also work with during their employment with us.

At Coders Farm, we offer free training programs to the communities we do business in and put our trainees to work after training. We take time to work with them on their resumes, their interview skills, and what makes a good programmer/worker in the industry. We have lots of in-house applications that these folks begin to work on, and they then work their way up to client work in the coming months afterwards.
