Lip Gallagher doesn't know why he continuously throws away the people who care about him. He's done it with Mandy for as long as he's known her, and he's doing it with Amanda. Just when they start to care about him, he pushes away until he breaks their hearts. (otherwise known as: Lip calls Mandy from his dorm in the middle of the night.)

Mickey's head whipped around to find the source of the voice, and he gagged when he found it. An older man (if he had to guess, he'd say 50, but he was shit at guessing) had a redheaded twink pressed up against the wall of the club. The kid was as limp and loose as a ragdoll, and his head lolled to one side, only halfway conscious.

'The shadows in Ian's room are hands waiting to strike him. The posters on the wall are concrete bricks of his childhood home. The bookshelf in the corner is the huddled figure of his father.' Mickey has a bad dream. Ian helps.

"We really need to fuckin' talk. About… fuck, us, I guess." He paused, as if waiting for Ian to answer. "I think you totally fucking misunderstood me, Private Dipshit. I kind of… well, what do you want me to say? That I fucking care about you? Fuck you. Don't make me…" A really short, early Gallavich oneshot.
