I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of Maryland, College Park, majoring in hearing and speech sciences. With this degree, I plan to become an audiologist, which is essentially a doctor of hearing. It is my hope to research presbycusis, and discover a way to prevent age-related hearing loss. I am also a College Park Arts Scholar; primarily as a result of my life-long love for music. I play the piano and guitar, mostly writing original pieces, but occasionally covering favourites. I also enjoy drawing, and I dabble in watercolors and acrylic paints. I grew up outside of Philadelphia, in the beautiful suburbs of Swarthmore/Media. Fun fact: I have a strange affinity to trees. Don't know why - just always have. Must've been an evergreen in a past life. I also write a blog about dating and online chatting.
