Hello all!

I'm pleased you decided to visit my profile. I suppose since you've taken the time to read this, I ought to tell you a little about me, huh? Okay. Well, I'm college-bound (art school, actually) and I shall be studying game art and design, which fascinates me for some reason I can't be bothered to explain. I have two works currently published on this site and I'll happily agree that they are both quite dismal and could definitely use a make-over. I like to think my writing and story-telling abilities have improved since I posted them. I'm always looking for constructive criticism to help me out, so don't feel shy about giving it! I can take it, I assure you.

As you can see below, I've read a ton of fanfiction, some of it even before I joined the site as a member, but I have yet to really get into writing it. I have a wide variety of genres in which I've explored, though lately I've been focused mainly on Stargate SG-1. I have a few things in the planning stages for that genre, so we'll see where they end up, huh? As much as I'd like to write in all the genres that hold an interest for me, if I do publish anything, it will likely be Stargate-centered. So, hopefully I'll have some time to get all that done and posted!

Noteworthy Authors on Fanfiction

I'd like to take the time to mention a few authors who I feel deserve a shout out:

For Stargate SG-1 I'd like to mention polrobin, Kate McKaye, and Neuropsych. They're three brilliant authors who have wonderful stories that should be read over and over again! Polrobin's wonderful Campfire series is a brilliantly masterful tale of the slowly-developing relationship of Sam and Jack told to the ages-old tune of a warm campfire. If you are a shipper of those two, you should definitely check that series out, as well as Pol's other works! Kate McKaye has several wonderful stories that you should look into, particularly 'Birthday Traditions' and 'Danny Day Care.' Neuropsych's 'Campers!' series is wonderful and a definite read if you like Alternate Universe fics as well as the Asgard.

When it comes to Narnia, Elecktrum takes the cake. Her wonderful Narnian series is comprised of tales woven so masterfully that they leave the reader breathless and wanting more! If you are a fan of Narnia, Peter and Edmund, then you should definitely be checking this brilliant author out!
