Takes place when Brandon confesses his feelings for Callie. They go through a lot in this story, Liam returns, and Stef and Lena have a secret that could change Brandon and Callie's relationship forever.

Callie and Brandon have a conversation in the kitchen late one night: "I wanted a chance to talk to you - alone, because it never seems like we have the opportunity when everyone else is awake...I see how you look at me. When you don't think anyone else is looking." Brandon/Callie. M-rated for chapter 7.

Once you start, it's impossible to stop. Callie gets it now. She's not just running to keep from being found. She only has to do that until she's eighteen and then she won't be a ward of the state anymore. Callie is going to be running for the rest of her life, because if she keeps running, maybe she'll be able to convince herself there's still someone chasing.

Something stopped Callie that night and she never left the Foster home. Can she assimilate into their family lifestyle or will it all be too much for her

After watching last nights episode, in that moment when Callie is peeking in to see Brandon, I was hoping some miracle would happen and he'd wake up and make her stay. Unfortunately ABC Family doesn't want to give us that satisfaction so I wrote it myself. I'm planning on making it a two-shot and will update soon. Enjoy!
