Writing is my passion.

Honestly, that's the biggest, most defining thing about me. I don't know who I'd be if not the girl that's always reading, always writing. I'm a freshman in college right now, and since third grade I've known that I wanted to be a writer. Now that I've gotten older, I've realized that I also want to be involved in the publication process, editing manuscripts. I joined this site because when I was in 6th grade I started writing fanfiction before I really knew what it was. I certainly had no clue that there was a huge website full of wonderful people that post it. =] Since I've discovered this, I've spent a lot of time reading, digging, thinking. It took a long time for me to finally decide to start posting things, but I obviously did. Maybe someone out there will be as inspired and entertained by what I've written as I've found I can be by a few of the stories I've discovered. Besides writing, I enjoy playing with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and generally sifting through the internet for interesting things. I'm inspired by almost everything, but that wouldn't matter if I didn't have the support that I do because I never would have developed the courage to share what I create (or in the case of fanfiction, alter to suit my own purpose). So thank you to my wonderful mom (who has been stuck in the middle of this from the beginning) and my amazing cousins and sister (who tell me when I'm being ridiculous but at least make it funny while they're at it). Aside from people I know in real life, I'd also like to thank my readers...you guys make me want to sing, dance and giggle like a fool just by clicking a button (hopefully the follows or favorites, but the “Next” arrow is also delightful). =] Medieval weaponry, photography, YouTube, music, cemeteries and Wichita State University are also awesome. My favorite bands are many, but the more special ones include My Chemical Romance, Whitechapel, Suicide Silence, Evanescence, and Five Finger Death Punch. If you didn't pick up on it, my story titles are the same as the song that inspired them. Happy reading and once again—thank you.
