Sherlock arrives at 221B Baker Street, very drunk, so John has to look after him. Madness and hangovers ensue, while Sherlock questions if he's a snail and some surprising secrets are revealed...No slash, though John is worried there might be...One shot!

John and Sherlock's lives are turned upsidown when they wake up handcuffed together outside Buckingham Palace and a video from last nights drunken party is leaked

Sherlock needs a flatmate as he's been kicked out of his previous abode. John enters his life as if by a miracle. But he's not everything he appears to be.

The story starts with John trying to move on after seeing Sherlock jump off St Bart's rooftop. However, Sherlock is alive and does not want to move on, following his best friend everywhere, when suddenly they meet again, by chance. My first fanfic, ever.

AU: John Watson, an Army medic, returns from the Middle East to London's military government. There, the eccentric figure of Sherlock Holmes pulls Watson into the world of detective work, alongside a group of both kind and mysterious characters.

Sherlock and Watson miss some finding but find something missing - after they bump into a rather weird doctor who insists he's from outside the EU. Rated K for use of weapons and the occasional naughty word.

John is struck with a memory from his teenage years. / / "You drew this," John grins, pointing to the little drawing on the paper. "You gave it to me when you were five. I babysat you."

John had found it eerie at first, and then the eeriness faded into a dull comfort. At intermittent moments he'd feel a set of eyes watching. He never caught him at it. Of course he didn't. He was Sherlock Holmes.

It felt like someone had forced open his jaw and shoved something down his throat. It tasted horrid. Sherlock supposed it might be Victory.

Sherlock drags John along to Christmas dinner with Mycroft and Mummy And "Anthea", too . Over the course of the evening, John realises that everyone in the room - apart from him - seems to think that he and Sherlock are a couple. Shenanigans ensue.

John Watson was, and is once again, a broken man.

Sherlock thinks it's all a bit of a nuisance, John is having the time of his life, and Mycroft is Not Impressed. With anything, but mostly his minions' inability to provide a good cup of tea.
