Hello, and welcome to the DBDF FanFiction homepage. I am the creator of the ongoing story, Dragon Ball Next Generations, which follows descendants of Goku and Vegeta starting over 200 years after the defeat of Omega Shenron (I say about 200, but the exact numbers are 253 years). It follows the GT timeline, but I incorporated Super elements in places where they wouldn’t conflict, which is mainly only the concept of multiple universes and gods of destruction (Main characters are from Universe 7). The main character, Dominick, and his brother, Dalton are descendants of Goku. Their close friend, Martin, is a descendants of Vegeta. Dende still acts as the guardian of the Earth, though he has grown old, and Kibito Kai is still Kibito Kai. Android 13 was found by Capsule Corp about 10 years before the events of the first arc, and was given a human heart while still maintaining android abilities.

There are events that Dominick, Dalton, and Martin have experienced before the first arc, such as fighting the Demon Yosiyo, Cell’s older brother Molecule, The Faceless Super Saiyan, and Majin Buu from Universe 6. These will probably be written into a prequel that I’ll probably name DBNG 0.

Notice that Dragon Ball Next Generations is a crossover with Bleach. The way I have that set up is that Soul Society and Hueco Mundo are dimensions in Universe Three, such as heaven and hell. The Dangai is a path between Universe 3 and Universe 7. This doesn’t make a lot of sense yet. So let me explain it better: Konso is a method strictly used by Shinigami to guide lost souls to Soul Society. Konso is only performed on those souls that cannot pass on. So, where do the souls the pass on right away go? They go to Universe 7’s Afterlife, or “Otherworld”. Soul Society is linked to Earth through the Dangai purely because of the massive population and rich spirit power it holds (meaning lots of life). Similarly, Universe 10’s version of Soul Society is linked to the Earth in Universe 6. Furthermore, having energy as in having a high power level is completely different than having a high level of Reiastu. Shinigami and Hollows have Reiastu, and Saiyans don’t have Reiastu, which is why Saiyans are unable to see Shinigami and Hollows. Similarly, Shinigami do not have high power levels, which is why even the most strong Shinigami, without their Zanpakuto, can do little more than break a building.
