Hello all! My name is Brittany, you may call me Britt, Ama, Meta, or really anything else that strikes your fancy. My user name actually stands for Metaphysical Candescence, but I felt that was a little long. Not that MetaCandescence is short, but I felt it fit in the mouth better. I'm pretty inexperienced as a writer... well, I say that but I've really been trying to write off and on since I was 11 and I am now 18. I say off and on because I got discouraged a lot when the things I wrote couldn't stand up to some amazing works and I quit for a while. I picked it up again when I was 14 and have been practicing and striving for improvement since. I don't really think I have a natural affinity for writing, but I'm going to work really hard to get to where I want to be with my writing. I hope that you all will support me and provide gentle criticisms. Thanks so much!

I enjoy video games, anime, manga, books, and some television shows. Generally, I watch Adventure Time, Supernatural, and The Walking Dead on TV. The Walking Dead is currently my favorite and I'm eagerly awaiting the day season four starts! I recently started watching Teen Wolf and within a week I was completely caught up and now I'm a tad obsessed...

As for anime, I've been watching some anime such as Wolf's Rain and Inu Yasha since I was like 7 or so when it would come on Adult Swim. But the anime I'm mainly interested in is One Piece. I am SHAMELESSLY addicted to everything One Piece. Pirates for the win. There are plenty more anime that I'm interested in though, like Fairy Tail, D. Grayman, Bleach, Katekyo Hitman Reborn, Code Geass, Kuroshitsuji and Soul Eater. Anime movies are something that warm the cockles of my heart, Howl's Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke, Kiki's Delivery Service, Spirited Away, and Grave of the Fireflies.

Video games are my life. Actually, no. They aren't, but I wish they were. I enjoy titles such as Okami, Assassin's Creed series, Skyrim, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, Final Fantasy series, Pokemon, Kingdom Hearts series, Gears of War, Legend of Zelda series, The World Ends With You, and Harvest Moon series. It's also safe to assume there are more that I've forgotten.

If you actually read all of this, kudos! You have more patience than me! I never particularly enjoyed reading bios, but I assume someone does, and this can be for that someone.
