Yo peeps, it's Jaygie here. My art life has gone down the drain if I'm seriously considering writing fan fiction or maybe deep down inside I'm just starving for attention, jk. But hey, it's something to do over this long winter break before the next semester and I seriously need to hone my writing skills; they aren't what they used to be. Honestly I've never been too interested in writing fan fiction because making up my own stories with my own characters is way more interesting to me but I figured that this would be a safe environment to start some practice stories. I don't know what I'm even going to write yet, but I guess we'll just cross that bridge when we get there since it'll be a fun-fabulous two days before I can 'publish' anything. (BTW seriously, ff.net, I can't put up an avatar in case of 'abuse'? How can you abuse an avatar image?! Enlighten me, please. .) I really do like to write and I enjoy reading too and hope that I can come up with something of substance for anyone to enjoy. My main goal is to get back 'in the game' so I can start up my own personal stories again. I feel that I have lost a lot of my writing 'voice' and my writing sounds extremely flat. I contribute this to the fact that I have been focusing most of my energy in drawing and that's a good thing, but I think I need to balance the scales.
