![]() Author has written 1 story for Harry Potter. You can't begin the next chapter of your life if you keep rereading the last one... Looking back on the past won't help you in the future, every day is a new beginning so let go and live, laugh, love like never before. My names Ever (hi there!) I love to write (obviously... isn't that why you join this website?) I'm a freshman in high school (currently a straight B student)... my life's actually quite boring. No weekend parties, getting wasted under starry skies, or running around in the day time. Life consists of school, school work, and writing. You're probably thinking: That really sucks. Well actually it's not so bad, I'm not going to say that some parts of life don't suck like when you like someone who will never like you back or failing your classes because your teachers refuse to help you. Writing is my escape from the outside world and I enjoy it, writing is my exciting life outside of my own. My own little world spread out for me to discover and now you, readers, can discover it as well. I will enjoy getting to know all of you. Well known things are never really known are they? Life is short? Really? Because if it is this is the longest SHORT I've ever encountered. It's that moment when you miss being a child... miss being that innocent little child when the only sin you can make is dropping your food on the floor. Days like today make you realize how good you had it in the past, days like today... make you wonder why you ever wanted to grow up. Remember when we were little and cigarettes were lollipops, race was who could run the fastest, getting high was swinging an inch past the person next to you. Though what I remember most from that time... was wanting to grow up and now that I am... the only thing I want is to be that carefree little girl again, running through tall blades of grass in the humidity of summer, sledding down the icy snow, screaming the whole way down until the end as the frigged air whips against your face. Those were the days unlike today, the days that make you wonder why did I want to grow up? "The green eyes found the black, but after a second something in the depths of the dark pair seemed to vanish, leaving them fixed, blank and empty. The hand holding Harry thudded to the floor, and Snape moved no more". |
