TMS Properties was established in May of 1981 to provide quality property management for those owners and investors who found their time and efforts better spent in other areas. In the beginning, TMS Properties concentrated only in the Edmond area. However, because of the active, innovative role we had taken in the Property Management field, we soon found ourselves expanding into the Oklahoma City Metropolitan area.
