Story update (9 April 2019): Keep Talking and Somebody Explodes, a comedic Boku no Hero Academia oneshot.

Starting out with something meant to make you laugh. The idea came up over one year and a half ago, but actually writing it took the whole last winter. Surprise, surprise, writing is hard. I had a lot of fun writing it and I'm glad I managed to finish it. I also found out that I enjoy editing. Katsuki Bakugo is an easy target. Just poke him a few times, hide, and watch the fireworks. Feel free to check it out. Leave a review if you like. I noticed that I almost stopped reading and reviewing fanfiction for the time I was writing. Here's hoping I get back to it.

I started reading Pokemon FFs back around 2009 and quickly latched on to the numerous AAML stories. Somewhere around 2013, I became obsessed with the Haruhi Suzumiya series and the HaruhixKyon pairing. Nowadays I'm mostly reading My Hero Academia fanfiction, with focus on the IzuOcha pairing. As you've already guessed, I'm a bit of a romance nut :). I'm also part of the My Little Pony fandom, albeit I'm not really active there anymore.

I write reviews from time to time, mostly to help novice writers fixing typical mistakes. I think I've got a good grip on the most basic stylistc mistakes. That said, you should still take my reviews with a grain of salt. I'm also decent at grammar, spelling, and punctuation, but I usually don't get too detailed in my reviews. I will point out consistent errors in SPAG if I notice any.

Most of the time, my advice boils down to remember the basic rule: Show, don't tell. And also to keep on writing, because it's the only way to improve ;).

In the end, those reviews are my way of thanking all those authors out there for writing their stories, regardless of quality. If I can help you to improve with my review, I'll happily do it :).

Feel free to check out any of the stories I favourited. I realise they are rather restricted in genre and fandom, but I think they also stand out from a mechanical standpoint (i.e. dialogue, character development, well-rounded characters, scene composition, world building, flow etc.).
