I loved Airwolf. I would say I acquired the entire series on DVD, but since Universal says that any such copies would be pirated versions and thus illegal, I won't.

I've read ALL of the other fan fic for Airwolf. I love most of it, like some of it, and tolerate the stories that don't have Hawke and Cait togther. I read them, but I'm a hopeless romantic.

I put Hawke and Caitlin together not in the context of the show (they clearly weren't) but as an eventuality. She clearly had feelings for him in the third season, but the second season had them more as friends. If the fourth season had had the original characters, Hawke probably would have come around to Caitlin's way of thinking. I still don't think he would have done anything about it. I do think it would explain his apparent promiscuity in the the third season. He'd try to keep her at a distance without pushing her completly out of his life in a misguided atempt to protect her from his curse.

If anyone likes any of my ideas enough to expound on them or take them in a different direction, please feel free. I fully buy into the concept of borrowing to make the story richer (especially since that is essentially what all fan fic owes its existence too). As I have read everyting else on this Airwolf fanfic sight, I can't wholly claim to not borrowing or at least being influenced myself. If you do it diliberately or at least partially knowingly, please let me know. I would sincerely love to read it.
