Kurtis Miller has been to hell and back, scarred by his wartime experiences overseas he has returned to his hometown of Silent Hill with the hope of starting a new life. Miller doesn't realize that much more has changed in Silent Hill than the people and places, he is about to experience pain and suffering on a level he has never known.
