Hello,

A twenty-something-year-old Asian female from... um, well, I don't know where I'm from. Long story. Anyway, I mostly grew up in Britain, so a lot of lingo/humour is British. AKA sarcastic and something a bit explicit. I am a cognitive neuroscience PhD student (previously a medical student). Which means I have lots of stuff to do. And research. And tutoring. And TA. And worshipping Maedhros. Okay, maybe not the last one. I have a thing for slender redheads, apparently.

I tend to write in fits, and whenever possible I try to do some history research before writing, so some chapters may come slowly (this in particular to The Wardens' Duty and The Dance of the Falcons).

Ah, Yes, Graduate School - The graduate students in the Traced User Robotic Kernel Software laboratory (aka "TURKS lab") at Midgar Institute of Technology are just trying to survive, instead of pushing the boundaries of science and technology. With a neurotic post-doc, a lazy genius who mostly naps, a taciturn #2 who keeps the lab running, and a neurotic first year, even surviving can be a challenge at times. Will they ever graduate? Will they ever eat better? And more than anything, was it worth it?
