Hello. My name is Ven Wisepaws, and I enjoy reading and writing (like most people on this site, I assume); in fact, my dream is to someday establish a writing career from these hobbies. I have particular interests in anthropomorphism (fellow furries--I'm a male gray fox), fantasy, sci-fi, romance, etc., but I dabble in myriad genres and read anything in reach. So, I wouldn't say my taste in literature is narrow; I'm an open-minded individual, and I like to broaden my horizons.

I discovered fan fiction during the beginning of my adolescence, and I've been reading stories online ever since. To be honest, I haven't written much; I've only written short-fiction stories while obtaining my B.A. in Creative Writing at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. I figured this would be an excellent environment to hone my craft and explore the worlds of my favorite stories--and, in general--have fun.

I haven't written anything yet, but I promise I'm working on it. Well... time to get to work.
