While unconscious after Jefferson drugged her, Emma meets some of Robert Carlyle's characters; including Dr. Rush, Carl Benton, Father MacAvoy and more. This story was born out of my insomnia; ironic that while I couldn't sleep, I was writing a story about a woman who couldn't wake up.

Beatrice French lives in New York with her mother, but wonders about her past and her father. The answers lead her to a new life in a new world with different rules. She'll meet surprise relatives galore, discover her own powers, what it means to be the Dark Princess and perhaps find a True Love with his own tale to tell.

Not really for angsty CS-lovers, 'cause I'm a Swanfire girl, but maybe for CSers with a sense of humor, and generally anyone rolling their eyes. Rated T for mild swearing. AKA: "Everybody is awesome except Emma and Hook, and every character and scene is used by the author to bash them. Neal is most super special, precious woobie, who ever ;no nuance, no subtlety."

I'm intrigued by Rumplestiltskin's evolution. From debased peasant to the Dark One. He was a reactive personality at first. But by the time he's locked up in the cell, he's the one making others react. The voice changes, the showmanship like gestures, they all came from somewhere. We've seen very little of that evolution. Or is it? They face new challenges with raising their children, one of which may have magic running through her veins, as well as a new threat looming on the horizon. Mostly humor.

"He's the only person in the world who's been where I am." Her voice lowers. "The only one I can talk to about everything in my head, without sending him running away screaming. He's the only one who can tell me how to make the voice shut up." She sat up and looked at them squarely. "He's the only one who can give me hope, because he's the only living ex-Dark One."

After Rumpelstiltskin sacrifices himself as is brought back, the whole town considers him a hero. He sets out to prove to them that he's still the Dark One, which backfires on him in any number of ways.

Belle saw Rumplestiltskin's name fading from the dagger when he had his heart attack and tries to find him before it's too late.

Rumplestiltskin had everything set up just as it needed to be for his curse and to find Bae, but when an enemy bent on destroying him makes his way through to Storybrooke as well, he may find that his cursed persona isn't a match for the cleric.
