Still hurting from the pain he inflicted on her, Rose runs to Adrian. But, Dimitri isn't gone and Rose is pregnant and he will stop at nothing to take both of them. This takes place before Dimitri is reverted back to a dhampir. When Rose came back from Russia she found out that she was pregnant with Dimitri's baby. She gives birth to a girl and named her Aria Rose Belikova.
