General Havoc has returned from the dead and is after the Turbo Morphers. The Space Rangers entrust Justin Stewart the Blue Turbo Ranger with the rest of the Morphers while they fly off to try and stop Havoc. Justin attempts to assemble the original Turbo Team to protect the Morphers but encounters a few bumps on the road. Will they be able to keep the Turbo Morphers from Havoc?

Old rangers who have lost their powers have begun to find their morphers have been returned to them with the morphers resorted to full power. Many are then attacked by weird creatures made of darkness that are capturing many of the rangers.
