![]() Author has written 6 stories for Inheritance Cycle, Twilight, and Kuroshitsuji. So... This is my other FF account, the one where I'm going to post stuff up. I'll mostly just put up the poems I wrote, and if I write a story that I like, I might put it up here. But I only write when I feel like it, so postings will be sporadic. Anyway, since I don't want to put anything personal up here, I'll just put up some quotes. "Sometimes... You can cry until there's nothing wet in you. You can scream and curse to where your throat rebels and ruptures. You can pray all you want, to whatever god you think will listen. And still it makes NO difference. It goes on, with no sign as to when it might release you. And you know that if it ever did relent... It would no be because it cared." Grief is a most peculiar thing; we're so helpless in the face of it. It's like a window that will simply open of it's own accord. -- But it opens a little less each time, and a little less; and one day we wonder what has become of the cold. If I expect the worst, I'll never be disappointed. Crying is a plea for help. Why bother crying when no-one will help you? Don't try to fight death. Death always wins. In fact, it'll beat the shit out of you O.o It isn't ignorance that is bliss, but innocence. When God gives you lemons...find a new god. Why do grown-ups think it's easier for children to bear secrets than the truth? Don't they know the horror stories we imagine to explain the secrets? D: ... the fact remains that he can move faster than Severus Snape confronted with shampoo... "Well, If I say I'm not always right, and you claim I am, then if I agree with you, that means I was wrong. And if I was wrong, then I'm not always right, so I was right the first time." Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it everywhere, diagnosing it incorrectly, and applying the wrong remedies. Never interrupt your enemy when they are making a mistake. Be careful about reading health books. You may die of a misprint. Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, you're a mile away, and you have their shoes. Honor is for the idle, and the bards. You want to survive. If survival means playing to their stupidity, play that hand. After all, it's not about winning of losing, it's about survival. Why am I dying to live if I'm just living to die? Who knows what mortals do and why? Their lives are cheap and they whelp 3 to a season, like blind kittens behind a barn, and they die the same way, blind and foolish, for no reason at all, in a war they don't understand, or in a tavern brawl, to a dagger wielded by one they thought a friend. The white man said, "Colored people are not allowed here." The black man turned around and stood up. He then said: "Listen sir, when I was born I was BLACK, when I grew up I was BLACK, when I'm sick I'm BLACK, when I go in the sun I'm BLACK, when I'm cold I'm BLACK, when I die I'll be BLACK. But you sir, when you're born you're PINK, when you grow up you're WHITE, when you're sick, you're GREEN, when you go in the sun you turn RED, when you're cold you turn BLUE, and when you die you turn PURPLE. And you have the nerve to call me colored?" The black man then sat back down and the white man walked away. Post this on your profile if you hate racism. |
