What would happen if Logan's proposal in "Unto the Breach" went differently..

After the Final Four Words... well, a little before, and a lot after, how does Rory come to find out she's pregnant? What is she going to do? What about Logan and Odette? This is all post-AYITL with lots of drama, lots of fast talking and funny quips and a lot of Rogan- unapologetically.

Following on from the bombshell final 4 words - the story is a continuation from Fall, centered around Rory and Logan and what happens next...

Almost a year on since Rory and Logan tied the knot at 'the wedding of the decade' as the papers called it. Newly married Huntzberger took over as CEO to the New York papers. Logan's been in charge for just under the year now his hours were becoming more suitable for him to balance his work life and home life, it had been hard on Rory and him but now they wanted to try for a baby.

This is how I would've wanted the Gilmore Girls to end after *that* bombshell ending. Just the story I pictured playing out in my head.

Post AYITL with flashes to the original series. The last 2 words left Rory's lips, & she knew in that moment, nothing would ever be the same. The man she loved was marrying someone else and now she was pregnant. How did things get so screwed up. Logan knew that once she turned him down, there was no point in delaying his marriage to Odette. I'm not great at summaries.

In a world where Lorelai caved and married Chris, 26 year old Rory Gilmore is a young divorcee, pretending to be an elusive middle class bartender at her own casino. 28 year old Logan Huntzberger has lost everything except his massive bank balance and frequents the same casino searching for alcohol and sex induced bliss. He might find something very different. AU,Rogan. Heed the M.

After writing a one-shot occurring before the original show, I decided to write a story about what happened after the Revival. This is my take. There is music. Murder. Cheeky intertextual references and humor. Enjoy!
