Aloha my fine readers! (I am currently on a hawai'ian language kick) (ha ha ha ha) This is my first time writing a Harry Potter fanfiction story which I have discovered is a lot harder than I thought it was, but I'm having fun trying to map my way through the vast swamp of details this story presents! I live in southern California where the sun is hot but the surf is even hotter. Last year my best friend lost her arm to a vicious man-eating shark. Seriously. I have had my fair share of run-ins (being prone to a v. bad combination of bad luck and clumsiness) the worst being when I accidentally swallowed a jelly fish and spent 9 excruciating hours curled up in the hospital vomiting and basically going through hell. But that's in the past. In the winters I visit my brother and his wife in northern California where I spend my time cross-country skiing and snowboarding.
