I am a hopeful writer for fun and stress relief. I hope to write something others will find worth reading. Fair warning though, although it will be fiction, it will be full of my snarkiness and based on life experiences with folks who are close and not so close to me. Fictitious names will be used to protect those who may be similar to any characters I create.

Other than all of that, I am in my fifties, a fairly new grandmother, enjoy works of all genres, enjoy stories and story telling and reading to kids. I am rollercoasterly happily married to a man I have known since May of 1988. I think the best years of my life were when I lived in Monterrey, California from the time I was twelve to fourteen and will always keep my fondest coming of age memories from there deep in my heart...even when I am old and resemble a spunky skeleton wrapped in cream colored crepe paper. LOL!

I HOPE TO bring joy, mystery, romance and adventure to children of all ages, from one to ninty-two! YES, even you, dear reader.

So, grab your coffee, cocoa, chocolate milk, favorite juice, wine, beer or spritzer and your comfiest chair. Curl up, relax and escape for just a little while with me.

You will find that some of my stories (actually, a good many of them) are short, sweet and fun.

While we are here, I want to say thank you to Laura Ingalls Wilder, Dr. Seuss, Stepen King, Stephanie Meyer, Suzanne Collins, Jane Austen, Charles Dickens, William Shakespeare, Emily Bronte, Jack London, Edgar Allen Poe, Mark Twain, Ernest Hemmingway, Nora Roberts, Lisa Kleypas, Jude Deveraux, Margaret Mitchell, Nicholas Sparks, Diana Gabaldon, Mary Shelley, Boris Pasternak and last, but not least, J.K. Rowling. I have read many of your remarkable works and I salute you.
