Sherlock arrives ill at a crime scene, and there are... complications. Lestrade makes a phone call, and Sally Donovan sees something wholly unexpected.

Over his lifetime, Sherlock Holmes has likely encountered more sinister crimes than there are stars in the sky. But now, it seems that he pales in comparison to this new microbial killer that threatens to destroy London forever.

He has practically just finished talking to Lestrade when it happens. A sudden dizziness assaults his brain, things tip sideways, and he barely catches himself on the arm of the sofa to slow his descent before he collapses altogether to the floor.

Some men do not appreciate Sherlock's handling of their cases. They decide to pay him back. Written in response to a kink prompt which I cannot find again despite scouring the prompts pages for at least half an hour.

Donovan is annoyed with Sherlock, and Anderson offers a chance at revenge. Their little practical joke turns out to be a bit more deadly than they intended.
