I am more of a reader, not exactly a writer. Although I feel inspired to write after I read some of the many of the amazing stories that I have read. I have started to read more books, but I like reading fan fics. I don't always have time to go to the library, so fanfiction it is for me. I used to watch a lot of TV, but with school and work I don't have much time. I think that is why I started reading; it gives me something to do late at night when there is nothing on. Plus all of my favorite shows are over and I like to think what could have been... I don't think I can stress how much TV I used to watch, but it has died down dramatically. I used to be the TV guide and knew what was on any day at anytime. From all that TV watching, I can pretty much name any actor and actress and tell you random facts about them. It is a really random skill, but I am sure I would be a great phone-a-friend or awesome at The World Series of Pop Culture I would be the TV knowledgeable one :) Favorite Shows (of the past mostly): I am an avid teen drama watcher. It is just so hard for me to say no...90210, One Tree Hill, used to watch Gossip Girl, The O.C. reruns, BH 90210 reruns, etc. Other shows: I used to do Gilmore Girls, reruns of Friends, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Two and a Half Men, Sex and the City, New Adventures of the Old Christine, Real World/Road Rules Challenges, about every soap possible because I get very bored with them - I guess that’s about it - more background noise than actual watching Favorite Movies: Cruel Intentions is my favorite movie, but I also like The Notebook, Troy, The Count of Monte Cristo, Jumangi, D2: The Mighty Ducks, Wicker Park, A League of Their Own, Sweet Home Alabama, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, all of the X-Men, Pirates of the Caribbean, Batman Begins, The Departed, Four Brothers Favorite Couples: Derek/Meredith (when I watched Grey's), Rory/Jess, Rory/Tristan, Ryan/Marissa, Buffy/Angel, Ross/Rachel, Greenlee/Leo (All My Children), Belle/Shawn (Days of our Lives), Luke/Laura (General Hospital) Favorite Books: Blue Bloods, Masquerade (I love vampires, but haven't read Twilight yet), anything by Meg Cabot or James Patterson, Dear Vodka It’s Me Chelsea (absolutely hilarious), and I have a list of about 45 books that I plan on reading soon… |
