What do you do when your past comes calling and you can't ignore it? Ziva's life in Paris with Tony and Tali has been peaceful, but a promise she made long ago pulls her back to the things she left behind. An episode tag for "She."

It was a game they always played at work. A coping mechanism, really. In a job where so few people were truly honest with their partners, the two of them had to find a way to break through all the bullshit. To stop pretending. One-shot. Tiva cutting through the bullshit.

It came in a wave, the relief. It was the first seconds after a gunfight. A turbulent flight finally making a landing. A terrifying storm coming to an end. Or: Ziva turns up at Tony's door months after the Season 13 finale. There are feelings.

AU but loosely follows cannon events up to S13. Vance gives Tony the Marseilles office, and also a suggestion for a French immersion class. Two people who haven't seen each other in almost three years, finally talk. T/Z. Ziva David lives. A story in which Leon Vance of all people gives cupid a helping hand. #happyending

And now that he has no job to focus on, maybe things can change about that.

"I'm sorry, I don't know you" Tony said, simply. Like that one single comment hadn't ripped her heart out and stomped all over it. She was his partner, she's not meant to be forgotten by him of all people.

My fix-it to 11x02 "Past, Present and Future". Ziva realises she made a mistake. Gibbs helps her to fix it. And Tony gets what he's wanted all along. Angsty fluff. Tiva. One-shot.

Tears still brim her eyes. Tony wishes with everything he has that he could wipe them away. "I love you," he whispers. "I'm gonna get you home." Tiva. Post 11x02. Oneshot.

Terribly distressed by the imminent loss of Ziva David, and very much hoping she doesn't get killed off like all the other women on the show (Grrrr!), I decided to write what I would like to see happen on her final episode, where I would like to see her go. This will be two or three chapters long, that's it. They need a proper goodbye.

An extended tag to 10.24 "Damned If You Do"; Resigning from NCIS alongside his co-workers should have been Tony's first clue that it was going to be a summer like no other. Then she offered to be his piano teacher, and nothing was ever the same. Tiva
