Jane's sick and she's afraid of what it will mean to her job; her life. As a serial rapist and murderer runs havoc Dr. Isles struggles to find a cause of death. The case will stretch Jane and Maura and if one of them gets it wrong the consequences could be fatal. Can they get it together to stop a serial killer and to save the one's they love. All rights respected and acknowledged.

Maura is forced to do some soul searching when she learns that some people think Jane and her are in a relationship. Maura sets out to figure out Jane's feelings and her own true feelings.
