UNDER CONSTURCTION! Wow. So it's been 5 years since I worked on this story. I'm going to start a massive series of re-writes. This story brings together the worlds of Harry Potter and Card Captor Sakura, and goes AU from Order of the Phonenix. Updated will be slow, so please be patient. I haven't forgotten about this. (And you can all thank Mikazukino Hikari for the inspiration to continue with this fun and exciting story). I probably won't start posting until I've re-written the existing chapters, that way I can post all of the new chapters at once and go forward from there. Thank you to everyone who has continued to review and add this story to their favorites. It means alot knowing that even now, five years later, people are still reading this silly little story I started on a whim. You guys rock!

In the Dark (HP/CCS):

ON HIATUS! This started as a simple one-shot fic. But I liked the way it turned out so much that I've turned it into a SERIES of one-shots. They all take place at the same time during the main story "Harry Potter and the Order of Sorcerers". These one shots are meant to be companion pieces. They are told from the perspectives of the following people: Jade (In the Dark), Snape (In the Shadows), Harry (In the Middle), Eriol (In the Past), and Sakura (In the Light). These little fics are going to be re-written along with the main story (Order of Sorcerers - above). I will post all five at once, after the re-writes are complete.

Severus Snape and the Secret Lives of Snakes (HP):

SLoS is on HIATUS. I've taken it down from FFN for yet another series of major re-writes. It's an AU 6th year, but it won't be ready for posting again for sometime... Especially as I may try to make it slightly HBP compatible.

Afternoons in the Staff Room (HP):

COMPLETE! It's a one-shot ficlet that came to me. SLASH! HP/SS pairing. It kind of gives my own little backstory to what happened to Harry from year 6 to his twenty-fifth birthday and his 8th year of teaching at Hogwart's. Short, and sweet. I've been getting a very positive response on this story, so I will work on continuing it... evetually. At the moment, I'm working on finishing "One Fine Day" (see below), and have just started another HP/SS slash called "Shattering Masks" (also see below). Thanks to everyone who's asked to see a continuation/sequel of "Afternoons". I'm pretty sure I'll continue it. The next installment is tentatively titled "Nights Without Lights". But we'll see.

A Very Special Christmas (HP):

This is a collection of christmas excerpts from the different stories I've been working on. It includes Order of the Sorcerers, Afternoons in the Staff Room, The Last Dawn, and Secret Lives of Snakes. They're actually all rather AU even for their own universes. So... yeah... Oh well.

One Fine Day (HP):

CRACK-FIC!! This is a humorous little "What if...?" situation I came up with. It stars: Myself, my real life friends Cassie and Eleanor, Snape, Lupin, Dumbledore, Trelawny, Harry, and many others! Cassie, Ella, and I get sucked into some kind of portal that lands us in an alternate dimension - one where the Potterverse is real. We have to find a way home, or get settled into a new life of magic... and I get to be all fangirly over Snape! I'm working on chapter 7 right now... That should be up in the next few weeks, along with chapters 8 and 9, and the epilogue. It's almost done!

7/15/09 Update - I will eventually finish this little piece of insanity. Mostly for my own satisfaction. Check back soon for re-writes/updates!

Shattering Masks (HP):

This is an HP/SS slash fic that I just started the other night. Set in Harry's seventh year... Voldemort was vanquished (say that five times fast!) by Harry the previous school year, and with the defeat of good old Tommy came the unleashing of the rest of Harry's magical strength/ability. Harry now desires to break out of his self-imposed "brave, reckless Gryffindor" mask and assume his true identity. He's tired of being Harry Potter, the Boy-Who-Lived and Defeater of the Dark Lord... now he wants to be just Harry. This fic is a Work In Progress, and updates will be quite slow for some time.

Harry Potter and the Rising of the Phoenix (HP)

This is my parody of pretty much all the over-used plotlines in HP Ficdom. Now, I'm not trying to insult anyone... I rather happen to like alot of the plots I'll be parodying... And I've even written some of them. This is all meant in good fun - because it's been bouncing around in my head for the past couple of months, and has demanded to be written. Look out for long lost relatives, Americans, lemon drops, slash, het, cross-overs, Mary Sues Gary Stu's, gods, plotholes, author appearances, and much, much more. The prologue and chapter one have been posted. I hope you guys enjoy it.This is also a WORK IN PROGRESS, so don't think I just up and died. I'm actually working on it, I swear!

COMPLETE! This is the long awaited sequel to Afternoons in the Staff Room, and I'm quite happy to have finally gotten it written. It's not the best writing I've ever done, but it's good enough. I've had horrific writer's block lately, and this is the first thing I've written in a month or so... And I do hope you all enjoy it.

COMPLETE! This is a one-shot revolving around events in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. It contains spoilers for book six, so if you've not read the book, I wouldn't advise reading this fic. Announcements from Narukami Aiko:

Wow. So, it's been a long time since I've updated anything. I apologize! Real life got real hectic, and before I knew it, it was 2009! So, I'm re-writing HP:OoS, and I promise to complete "One Fine Day", "HP and the Rising of the Phoenix", and "In the Dark" before we hit 2010. Right now I'm going to focus on those three short stories, as well as the re-write of "HP: OoS". After I finish the re-writes, and get to a comfortable writing place, I will start working with "Shattering Masks". I can't tell you how unbelievable it is to still get such amazing reviews for these stories, which have been so neglected. Thank you all for your support and patience!

Since I was last around, I've snagged a few new fandoms. I am totally a Doctor Who fangirl, as well as Torchwood. I post all those fics on "A Teaspoon and an Open Mind" under the penname Dark. I'm also a Buffy the Vampire Slayer crossover fanatic, and I post on "Twisting the Hellmouth" as sunsulwyn. I also have a second account here at FFN, Siobhan Torrin - it is home to all my Highlander: The Series and Stargate: SG-1 fiction. I have a feeling it will become home to the NCIS fictions I can feel floating around in my brain.

In addition to all this wonderful fanfic going on, I'm in the process of writing my own original fiction. I've got a novel that I'm trying to finish by the year's end so I can maybe (hopefully) get it published sometime in 2010. That would totally make my life awesome.

I'll probably start cross-posting some of my other fiction for other ficdoms.
